HDK

What is an HDK?

An HDK or Hardware Development Kit, as generated with Codasip Studio, includes configuration files, RTL code, and testbenches written in Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog.

The HDK also contains synthesis and simulation scripts for third-party RTL simulator and tools needed by Codasip on-chip debugger.

Codasip Studio generates both the HDK and SDK for a processor designed in CodAL.
